Item was delivered quickly and as promised. Would like it had more voltage to be more effective (must hold for 5 seconds to effect attacker). Comes with detailed instructions about the device. A little difficult to adjust, if you pull it down too far you need to make sure you place it back correctly by reading the instruction manual. Also be sure to not get confused with operating the flashlight vs the stun gun...A great and functional product overall.

This product is interesting and it works well as a cane as there are few times one would use it. It would be nice if there was some way to know when to recharge the cane. In the use category, it would be nice if there were probes at the end of the cane so it could be thrust in for use. I primarily see myself using the cane against unleashed dogs. The sound is what scares the animals so there is no need to actually use the cane.

This is perfect. I walk my two little dogs just about every day, weather permitting, and I have come across escaped dogs from their yards, dogs off leash, and agressive dogs on leash which their owners are having a hard time controlling. It has the distance I need to protect me and my girls and just the sound alone will startle a dog and a human. I also take it with me when I am driving. You never know when you need protection or when you need to help someone else in need.
